By installing Soon you accept these terms. They are short; the one that matters most is about exam dates.
What the app does
Soon is a countdown app that shows how long is left until the day you are waiting for. Pick from the ready-made catalogue or enter your own date. If you like, add daily tracking to a countdown, keep a streak and leave that day’s photo.
Licence
We grant you a non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell or rent the app.
Exam dates and calendar information
Exam dates, public holidays and religious days in the app are compiled from publicly available sources and updated regularly. Even so, the only binding source is the announcement of the institution itself.
Exam dates can change, be postponed, or be announced before we update. When a date changes the app notices and asks you about it, but you must confirm the date on the institution’s official page before sitting an exam.
We cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from a date in the app being wrong or incomplete. This is a countdown app, not an official calendar source.
If you spot a wrong date, write to us and we will correct it.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is taken through the store your account belongs to (App Store or Google Play).
Refunds follow that store’s own rules and are handled by the store; we cannot process refunds.
When you change device you can unlock your purchase with Restore purchases.
Your content is yours — and only yours
The notes you write, the photos you add and the records you keep are yours. Because they never leave your device we hold no rights over them; we cannot see or use them.
For the same reason we hold no backup. If you lose your device or delete the app, that data cannot be recovered.
Expected use
We expect you not to use the app for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts how it works. There are no other restrictions.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. We cannot guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this clause.
Changes
If we update these terms we change the date on this page. If a change is material, we will say so inside the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Your right to benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your own country is reserved.
