Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers on this site. The only data comes from the contact form and exists so we can reply to you.

What happens when you use the form
When you submit the contact form we record:
- Name — so we know how to address you.
- Email address — so we can reply.
- Subject and message — so we understand what you need.
- A hash of your IP address — not the address itself, a short irreversible digest. It exists to stop hundreds of messages arriving from one address in a short time.
Nothing else is collected. If you never use the form, no record of you exists.
Legal basis
You fill in the form because you want to reach us, and that request is the basis for processing it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f); Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f). It is not used for marketing and you are not added to any mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics or any equivalent. No ad network. Even the fonts are served from our own server, so opening this page your browser makes no request to any other domain.
One exception: if you follow a link to a channel or to the App Store, that platform’s own rules apply from there on. That part is not ours to control.
How long we keep it
Messages stay until the exchange is over. If a thread has been closed for a year, it is deleted. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, and object to processing (GDPR Art. 15-22; KVKK Art. 11).
Write to info@koalstudios.com to use any of them. We do not ask for extra identification; we match the request to the email address you already wrote from.
Changes
If this text changes, the date above changes with it. We do not edit it silently after the fact.
