Terms of Use
By using Panoo you agree to the terms below. They do not need to be long or complicated.
What the app does
Panoo is a note app for iPhone and iPad. It pins your notes to a virtual cork board, lets you customise how they look, sets reminders, shows the note you choose in a Home Screen widget, and can sync your notes across your devices.
Licence
You may use Panoo for your personal use, within the rules of the App Store. The app itself, its design and the artwork inside it belong to Koal Studios.
For apps obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies. These terms supplement it; if there is a conflict, Apple’s agreement takes precedence.
Purchases
Panoo Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew and you will not be charged again.
Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account. You can unlock it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using “Restore Purchases”.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests must go to Apple; we cannot issue a refund on your behalf. If a refund is granted, Premium content is locked again.
Prices vary by country. From time to time we may offer a limited-time price; when such a price ends is shown in the app, and once it does the price returns to its standard level on its own. What applies is the price the App Store shows you at the moment of purchase.
Your content is yours — and only yours
Everything you write belongs to you. We cannot see it, cannot use it and claim no rights over it.
That has one important consequence: we hold no copy of your notes. If you delete the app, reset your device or lose it, we cannot recover them for you.
If you turned on sync across devices, your notes also live in your own iCloud account and appear on a new device signed in to the same account. With sync off, the notes exist only on that one device. If your notes matter to you, we recommend keeping either sync or your device backup switched on.
Expected use
We expect you not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to reverse-engineer it, and not to attempt to bypass its protections.
Warranty and liability
Panoo is provided “as is”. We do our best, but we cannot promise the app will be free of defects or will work perfectly on every device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of data. In any case our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; if we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
